Do I have to be 21 to order?
Yes. Everything we sell is for adults 21 and over. Your age is checked automatically at checkout through AgeChecker.Net. If it can't be confirmed from your details, we'll email you asking for a photo of your ID — check your spam folder if you don't see it.
How fast do you ship?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days, Monday through Friday. After that, delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days depending on where you are.
We don't ship on weekends, and delivery estimates can move because of weather or carrier delays.
Which states do you ship to?
We ship to most US states, but not all — a handful restrict these products. The full, current list is on our Shipping Policy page. If your state isn't on it, checkout won't let the order through.
Where's my tracking number?
It goes out by email as soon as your label is created — that's the second email you get from us, after the order confirmation. If it hasn't arrived within two business days of ordering, write to support@puredozo.com with your order number.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 1 hour of placing it and as long as the shipping label hasn't been printed yet. In that window it's free.
Once the label exists we've already paid for it, so a $6.00 cancellation fee applies. Email support@puredozo.com with your order number as soon as you decide.
My item arrived damaged or doesn't work. What now?
Email support@puredozo.com within 5 days of delivery. Keep the original packaging, and send us your proof of purchase plus a photo of the damage — or a short video if it's a device that won't fire.
We handle these case by case and issue store credit for confirmed defects.
What payment methods do you take?
Major credit and debit cards. Your statement will show ZVX LLC, not the product name — nothing on the charge identifies what you bought.
Will the package say what's inside?
No. Orders ship in plain packaging with no product names or branding on the outside.
How do I stop marketing emails?
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it takes effect immediately.
You'll still get emails about orders you actually placed — confirmations, shipping, cancellations and refunds. Those are about your money and your delivery, so they don't stop.
